We recommend 6–8 sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart to target different hair growth cycles. Some clients may need maintenance touch-ups annually depending on hair type and hormonal factors.

Most clients feel mild to moderate discomfort likened to snapping or warming sensations. We use cooling systems and topical numbing on request to increase comfort during full legs treatments.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and self-tanning products for at least two weeks prior. Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment and discontinue waxing, plucking, or bleaching between sessions.

A full legs session typically lasts 45 to 90 minutes depending on coverage and hair density. Consultations and prep add additional time during your first visit.

Diode lasers are effective on a wide range of skin tones and hair colors, especially darker hair. A consultation determines the safest settings and whether the treatment suits your skin and hair type.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, vigorous exercise, and direct sun for 48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, sunscreen, and moisturizers. Report any prolonged redness or blistering to our clinic immediately.
